Blue Corn Griddle Mix
Pancakes made with organic, medium stone-ground blue corn. Nutrient-dense and tasty!
Ingredients: organic whole wheat pastry flour, organic blue cornmeal, organic oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt
Contains: wheat
Directions: Mix 3/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp yogurt, and 1 egg. Stir in 1 heaping cup griddle cake mix. Let rest for 10-15 minutes so the flour absorbs the liquid. Heat griddle. Once it’s hot, add butter or oil, then batter. When bubbles form, flip and cook until golden. Serves 2-3.
